Return Policy for Online Orders

At Bailey's Medical Equipment and Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items (such as opened medical supplies, personal care products, or special orders) may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at orders@baileysmedical.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. After inspection of the returned product, a refund (minus the restocking fee and shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked final sale.

  • Opened or used products (especially hygiene-sensitive or medical equipment).

  • Customized or special-order products.
